A.E. Deeply values and appreciates every gift she receives, whether presented in person or sent online, tangible or monetary. Each gesture of generosity is met with sincere gratitude. Kindly note that all gifts are considered final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Video Purchases

All video purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or trade-ins for any reason. Please ensure you are selecting the correct item before completing your purchase.

Video Calls

Do not discuss personal matters, meeting details, or unsolicited sexual topics. Inappropriate behavior may result in an uncomfortable video call or immediate termination. Full payment is required if rescheduling or within one hour of the scheduled call time. For bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice, full payment is due at the time of booking. All video call payments are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed at no extra charge with a minimum of 6 hours ‘ notice; otherwise, a $50  fee will apply.

Booking Policies

Deposits

Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel arrangements, and 100% for bookings involving concerning reports or history of re-scheduling without immediate payment, ghosting, or receiving any type of special rate.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless A.E. has to cancels due to exceptional circumstances, such as rare family emergencies. In such cases, refunds will be initiated within 6 hours, though the refund process may take up to 7 or more business days.  Excludes Act of God incidences.

Cancelation

Cancelations with 48 hours or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, 100% of the fee will be charged. No-call/no-show appointments require payment of the balance plus a $2,000 fee before rebooking.

Reschedule

To reschedule your appointment, please note that the full balance will be due immediately. A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for exclusive bookings) may apply, Additionally, any credits issued must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

Tardiness

For one-hour appointments, a 10-minute grace period applies. A 30-minute grace period for appointments 2 hours or more. Beyond this period, the appointment must either be rescheduled with full payment plus a rescheduling fee or canceled at A.E. discretion. For clients arriving late with an add-on, please note that the missed time will be deducted from the in-room portion of the appointment.
