Deposit

Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel arrangements, and 100% for bookings involving concerning reports or history of re-scheduling without immediate payment, ghosting, or receiving any type of special rate.


Refund

Deposits are non-refundable unless A.E. has to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, such as rare family emergencies. In such cases, refunds will be initiated within 6 hours, though the refund process may take up to 7 or more business days.  Excludes Act of God incidences.


Cancelation

Cancelations with 48 hours or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, 100% of the fee will be charged. No-call/no-show appointments require payment of the balance plus a $2,000 fee before rebooking.


Reschedule

To reschedule your appointment, please note that the full balance will be due immediately. A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for exclusive bookings) may apply, Additionally, any credits issued must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.


Tardiness

For one-hour appointments, a 10-minute grace period applies for Meet & Greets. A 30-minute grace period for Meet & Greets that are 2 hours or more, and a 60-minute grace period for all VIP Meet & Greets. Beyond this period, the appointment must either be rescheduled with full payment plus a rescheduling fee or canceled at A.E.’s discretion. For clients arriving late with an add-on, please note that the missed time will be deducted from the BCD portion of the appointment rather than from time add-on activities. 30-minute appointments do not have a grace period.
